New Opportunities in a new week

As I sit here in the peace and quiet, I am choosing to plan my week.  This was something that always brought on stress as I would try to plan my week every time I thought about it.  This practice only left my mind a little scattered and gave me stress multiple times throughout the week.  Of course there are times when I need to consider if I can attend and event/activity and I need to look at my calendars but I am really trying to limit it.  Now that I am paying attention to how I planned and I realize how often i would allow my thoughts to disrupt something I should have been focused on.  Stress added multiple times throughout the day.

Today is the start of a new week with new opportunities.  There are new times to find ways to remember to stress less, exercise more, appreciate the world around me, eat better and most importantly fight this cancer.
